RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want everyone to love their PJs as much as we enjoyed creating them! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t lose sleep over it… If something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. We will gladly exchange, within 30 days of your order date, any unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition.
EASY WAY TO RETURN
Looking to return? You can print and fill our return form here and ship your items back following below steps:
- Make sure to write the order number on the return form.
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on the RETURN FORM.
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below

HOW REFUNDS WORK
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gifts cards and e-gift cards, in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card). Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
- Please note that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. The Cozy Shop will not accept returns with the evidence of excessive era, misuse or alteration.
- If you received Jammin’ Jammies pajamas as a gift, please make sure to include proof of purchase.
- If your original purchase included a free gift with purchase (GWP), you must also return that GWP in the package to avoid unnecessary charges for missing items.
- Shipping charges (including those incurred for returns) and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
- We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We apologize but we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly send you a replacement free of SHIPPING CHARGES. This one-time free shipping for your exchange, applies to regular-priced merchandise only. Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for free exchange.
Depending on the shipping method you have chosen for your package and from where it is being shipped back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive it. Upon receipt, please allow a maximum of 10 business days to process your credit. In addition, allow a few additional days for your financial institution to process the credit.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
OOPS! Mistakes can happen even in Pajamaland! If the item(s) shipped was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact our client care service by phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Excited to receive your pajamas as much as we’re excited for you to wear them? It takes between 1 to 2 business days to process an order and it generally takes 2 to 5 days to receive it at your door.
